While Grug might not be interested in leaving the family cave, Eep and Guy are on their way to Heart & Soul for a summer kids night out filled with prehistoric fun! Will they be impressed by all of our new new inventions? (And pizza??)

Ages: 4-13 (Must be potty trained) Price: $40/per child

Heart & Soul typically holds Kids Night Out on the last Saturday of the month. Each KNO is themed around a movie and includes crafts, games, and plenty of time to play in the studio gym. Families do not need to be enrolled currently in a class to participate in a KNO. What should my child wear to KNO? Form fitting, comfortable, and easy-to-move in athletic wear for all participants. No baggy clothing, dresses, skirts, clothing with buttons, or jewelry. Time spent in the gym will be barefoot!

PLEASE NOTE: KNOs include a pizza dinner for participants. If your kiddo has an allergy to anything that may appear on or in a pizza, please bring their own dinner and alert the staff of their allergy. Thank you!
