For the August Southeast KNO we're partnering with the Cienega High School Spiritline for an evening of pom poms, pizza... and Zombies (the movie)!

The Cienega Spiritline will volunteer alongside our Heart & Soul coaches for this special edition of Kids Night Out. The Spiritline will teach a cheer in the dance studio and participate in the craft project, and of course the kids will get to play in the gym with Heart & Soul coaches!

Heart & Soul typically holds Kids Night Out on the last Saturday of the month. Each KNO is themed around a movie and includes crafts, games, and plenty of time to play in the studio gym. Families do not need to be enrolled currently in a class to participate in a KNO.

Ages: 4-12 (Must be independent in the bathroom)

Price: $40/per child

What should my child wear to KNO? Form fitting, comfortable, and easy-to-move in athletic wear for all participants. No baggy clothing, dresses, skirts, clothing with buttons, or jewelry. Time spent in the gym will be barefoot!

PLEASE NOTE: KNOs include a pizza dinner for participants. If your kiddo has an allergy to anything that may appear on or in a pizza, please bring their own dinner and alert the staff of their allergy. Thank you!
