Heart & Soul Kids offers high-quality classes, camps, and events at convenient locations across Tucson. Our mission is to encourage a lifelong love of health and fitness through engaging programming and passionate instructors.
Our team strives to not only support your child’s skills but to help them grow in their self-esteem, self-respect, and self-worth.
Class registration is easy.
You can enroll in classes any time since Heart & Soul Kids is a year-round program. (If you’re joining after the 1st of the month, tuition is prorated that month!)
Tuition is priced based on the class type and length for once-weekly classes.

Gymnastics
Our recreational youth gymnastics classes follow structured curriculum designed with growth in mind: from developing functional motor skills to learning proper technique and terminology all kids are welcome to roll, tumble, and jump with us!
Independent classes start at 2.5 years old.

Dance
Our recreational youth dance classes follow structured curriculum designed with growth in mind: from developing a love of movement to learning proper technique and terminology all kids are welcome to twist, kick, and leap with us!
Independent classes start at 2.5 years old.

Combo
Created to provide a sport-standard experience for children on both sides of class, combo classes are 30 minutes of dance, 30 minutes of gymnastics, and 60 minutes of pure fun!
(Available for 12 months through 8 years old.)

Ninja
#NinjaForce classes nurture that love of movement in a safe space: kids learn agility, movement, and strength through obstacle courses and lessons.
(Ninja classes start at 3.5 years old.)

With Me
Our parent/guardian-involved dance and gymnastics classes are the perfect way to spend time moving and grooving with your toddler!
(Available for 12 months to 2.5 year old).

Advanced Recreational Classes
Is your dancer or gymnast ready to progress to the next level without the competitive pipeline? Explore our intermediate and advanced dance and gymnastics classes across all three studios. (Advanced offerings begin at 6 years old.)

Camps
Join us in Northwest Tucson or Vail for camp! From ninjas to firefighters, team games to extravagant messes, we’ve got a youth camp for everyone - no gymnastics skills required.
(Available for 4 through 13 years old.)

Birthday Parties
Join us at the Oro Valley or Vail studio for the best indoor birthday party! Our kid's birthdays are mess-free and stress-free for the whole family.

The Gymnastics Showcase
At the annual Gymnastics Showcase students perform routines on regulation-sized equipment in all four events: floor, bar, beam, and vault!
(This is an optional participation event.)

The annual Dance Recital celebrates our dancers’ passion and is an exciting display of the skills and routines they learn during class time.

Southeast Tucson needed a place like this!!
This is the sweetest little gym for kids! My daughter who is 3 and my son who is 4 absolutely love it! From the birthday parties to the cute dance classes and tumbling they are always leaving with a smile on their face!
